Back to AIM ModulesThe Problem BidAIM Solves
Most bid preparation time is spent on assembly, not on winning. Reading every requirement, searching shared drives for previous proposals, copying and editing technical responses, building compliance matrices, formatting submissions — these tasks consume 60–80% of bid capacity per submission. What remains — the strategy, differentiation, and customer understanding that actually wins — gets the rest.
BidAIM executes the assembly phase automatically. Your team focuses on what wins.

RFQ response automation reads the incoming customer RFQ document and extracts every technical specification, commercial requirement, compliance obligation, delivery requirement, and submission instruction into a structured compliance checklist. BidAIM then cross-references that checklist against your bid knowledge library — previous proposals, technical capability statements, certifications, standard terms, and product specifications — and generates a structured draft response package with each requirement addressed. The bid team receives a complete draft for review and refinement rather than an empty template to fill. The result is that the 60–80% of bid preparation time typically consumed by document assembly is compressed to hours, freeing bid capacity for strategy, pricing, and customer differentiation.
A bid knowledge library is a structured repository of your organization's bidding assets — previous successful proposals, technical capability descriptions, product and service specifications, standard terms and conditions, certifications, quality approvals, and past compliance matrices. During the BidAIM deployment, Mirai Ops works with your commercial team to structure and load your existing bid assets into the library. BidAIM then maintains and improves the library continuously — win/loss outcomes and customer feedback are fed back in, and the library becomes more accurate with every bid processed.
Yes. BidAIM is designed for the multi-section complexity typical of industrial and defense bids — technical volumes, commercial volumes, management and past performance sections, and compliance matrices. Requirements are extracted from the full RFQ document regardless of structure, classified by section type, and matched to the appropriate bid knowledge library content. For bids with customer-specific formats or submission portals, the draft output is structured to match the required submission format. Customizations for specific customer bid templates or procurement portals are available through the Mirai Ops Customizations offering.
